Meet Molly
Molly’s practice includes clearing, prosecuting, and policing trademarks for clients in the United States and abroad, while also assisting clients with their licensing goals. Molly works with a wide range of clients, from emerging to established companies, in a variety of sectors including gaming, software/SaaS, advertising, cosmetics, consumer and industrial goods, and retail manufacture, to develop and execute tailored strategies to achieve optimal trademark protection in their most important markets. Her brand licensing experience extends to negotiating, reviewing, and drafting workable license agreements, to ensure clients are fully protected when obtaining or extending IP rights. Molly lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, three children, and Pandemic Bernadoodle.
