Eric Lane is an intellectual property lawyer and registered U.S. patent attorney in San Diego, California. With both a life sciences degree and recognized expertise in green technology, Eric has a deep understanding of a range of technologies including renewable energy technologies such as wind, solar PV, CSP, biofuels, and geothermal, energy storage technologies, carbon capture and sequestration, medical devices, data communications, mechanical, chemical, internet and software. Eric is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the George Washington University Law School and is a member of the bar in New York and California.
